  1. So, I have found the workaround to the problem...

So, I had to install The Precision driver for Synaptics from this guide:

Then after that one more HID trackpad appeared in Device Manager, where I installed synaptics-smbus-clickpad-887492 driver, but choose Synaptics PrecisionTouchpad Filter Driver

Now yes, sometimes it feels a bit choppy, but it works pretty good, if get used to it. I especially like that EVERY gesture works as-native :)

So, maybe this post will help somebody in the future :) Moderators, you can now close this topic on this forum ❤️ LOVE AFFINITY

You probably need to contact the device manufacturer for a driver update. I don't see what Serif could do when given faulty data from the device.

but every other application works perfectly end even when I sent report to Microsoft with their new EDGE browser, they were able to fix the bug pretty quickly

  3. Hello! I'm using HP Envy 13 and, unfortunately, it uses Synaptic driver for its touchpad (or clickpad, not sure what's the difference)... So, when I open any document, 1st pinch zoom works and then it doesn't work for some reason as well as horizontal scrolling. The only thing that works is Two-Finger Scrolling. Is it possible to fix that? Impossible to work like that.
