Thanks, the thread from Old Bruce worked, but I just notice one thing, inserting paragraph simple ¶ (with (option 7) does not have the same effect as 'paragraph break'. I initially search for ¶¶ but that did not work.

How to remove multiple carriage return in an affinity publisher document. The writer used the return key to insert paragraph in the document and I want to format so that there is only one carriage return. How do I do that without tediously doing it manually in a 200 page document?
