[Convert multiple files to .PDF]

At the moment you would need to Export each file as a PDF and then merge them in Acrobat.

 

On the roadmap for Affinity Designer is the option to add pages, so when this has been introduced, you would be able to make the whole book in one 26 page document and then Export this as a PDF in one go.

Okies, so I was basically trying to create an eBook, and now I have 26 Affinity Designer files (of pages) that I would like to convert to a .PDF. Is there any easier way to do this other than to painstakingly convert all of the files separately to a .PDF and merge them in Acrobat?

Ha, oops.

Okay, that was really embarrassing.

So, what happened was that I thought that the keyboard shortcut for the Brush tool was "B", and went on and used it for it.

It wasn't, and so that was why the strokes were weird. The normal brush tool functions really well.

I wish to import my layer styles from Photoshop to Affinity Designer, however, the .ASL file does not seem to be compatible.

I'm wondering if Affinity Designer doesn't have the option to convert the layer style?

And, I also have another question: are there clipping masks in Affinity Designer? If so, how do I create one?

[My Brush Strokes Look Weird (Vexel Persona)]

Okies, so this has been bothering me for ever since I got the app: when I go into the vexel persona, and try to do some painting, this is what meets me when I try to use the brush tool:

And this might be perfectly normal for Affinity Designer, but just because I'm a noob and am used to Photoshop, I think this is weird. I am fully transitioning from Photoshop to Affinity Designer, and Photoshop doesn't display the brushes pixellated.

So, I'm wondering: is this normal? If it's not, how do I change it?

PS: The brushes look just fine in the vector persona.
