Just did a vector drawing tutorial on Udemy - https://www.udemy.com/share/101s1uA0sYc1haQHg=/ I still think this feature above if it could be implimented would really speed up vector drawing in the software.

Thanks so much for clearing it up. Its just confusing to be able to select the object in the layers but not on the canvas. If it is connected to another object, it should be selected as a group, but maybe I am just not understanding the relationship. I will investigate.

Yes, but why can I not select it? Is the mask not selectable? only the pixel layer? I can select in layers , just not in the drawing screen.

In Rhino 3d. There is a function called curve boolean . It uses a flood/fill to create a closed boundry - useful for colour fills in vector drawing. video -

I cannot select the object on screen, even in simple line mode , but only if I click on the actual layer. video here
