Yes Andy, Layer 4 is locked, because that logo is finished and to the correct size. The other one, Layer 2, is not (yet) to the correct size. All I have to do is presse Cmd-A . (to be sure) all parts and lines are grouped and correct the logo to the correct size. But clicking Cmd-A groups also the locked one, which I don't want. I can go 'around' Layer 2 to group, but in my opinion it's easier and better to do this with Cmd-A. regards, Luc

see attachment when I click Affinity Designer Help, one time it opens, but when I want to enlarge the window, it closes and when I try to open it again, it's not appearing anymore. Closing AD and reopening doesn't help. Where can I see or open AD Help (apart from the program itself)?

Difficult to explain, attached file explains as you can see Layer 4 is locked. I want to join everything of layer 2 together with 1 click. I click cmd+A, but I don't want layer 4 incorporated. Why is that?
