Assuming the mask is a child layer of the masked layer, select the masked layer with the Move Tool & in the context toolbar tick the "Lock Children" checkbox.

In that case select the Move Tool, tick Lock Children in the context toolbar and drag the image on canvas.

This one is really easy, Affinity has all the tools. You can use the file attached as a starting point, and add artboards for other social platforms at will. You can lock the file in Explorer/Finder to prevent accidental overwriting. Use the export persona to write out all sizes at once.
