  1. It would be nice to have an easy command to convert a Layer/Group and its children to an embedded document. Currently one must copy the layer and create a new document, save it, and then drag it into the first document. It would also help to additionally have a "New Document from Clipboard" commend (in Publisher V2).
  2. In Affinity Publisher V2 I have a Master Page with a Picture Frame. When I set an image for this frame in a page that has this master page applied and add an adjustment to the image I can't change or delete the adjustment afterwards. This is a bug. It is possible to edit or delete an adjustment for an image in a picture frame when the picture frame is not defined in the master page, but the current page itself. There might be another bug: Using the context menu on an adjustment and clicking "Release Adjustment" crashed the App.
  3. Currently, the Develop Persona only allows non-destructive editing for RAW files: You can choose to link or embed the RAW file and are able to change develop settings later, after the initial developing. Using the Develop Persona with an opened JPG/PNG/HEIF or other non-raw image file does not give you the option, so clicking "Develop" will bake in all the changes and you won't be able to change the develop settings later. Of course, you can duplicate the pixel layer before, but then you will have to start over your edit all over. It should be possible to offer the same link/embed options for all image files in the Develop Persona.
  4. The bug affects Designer, Photo and Publisher (1.8.0): As soon as I try to reorder (drag & drop) color swatches of a custom "System Color Palette" (regardless of being displayed as list or not) immediately crashes the Application. This is very frustrating and I lost about half an hour of work 😞 Document and Application palettes won't crash the app, only "System" palettes do.
  5. When I create a CMYK document and place an object with a drop shadow (blending mode normal) the shadow looks different against the white document canvas versus a white rectangle placed behind the object. This only happens in CMYK mode, the appearance in RGB mode is correct. I expect the white document canvas to behave exactly like a white filled rectangle spanning the dimensions of the document, but this is not the case. Other effects, like outer glow an other blend modes that "normal" show even weirder behaviour... looking very different or not being visible at all. The bug exists in Photo (Mac, iPad), Designer (Mac, iPad) and Publisher (Mac). Most likely on Windows, too, but I could not test that. Please look at the provided image.
