Yeah I'd like to see this added back in too. It's always good to have options, especially on windows where there are so many different hardware and software configurations.

I think I have this same problem and have uploaded a video. I'm pretty sure some conflict with windows ink is causing this problem. It doesn't come across very well on video when using the brush tool, but it does happen with all brushes and brush sizes. It's much more while obvious using the navigator panel as you'll see in the video. Glad this has already brought up and the devs are aware. Just thought I would add that I am having the same problems with my Huion display tablet since upating to version 1.8. Pen pressure only works with windows ink enabled, windows ink is laggy and jerky, and a lot of my shortcuts are also broken with windows ink enabled.

Like the title says, I'd like the option to have multiple of the same studio panel open at once. For example: More the one brush panel, or more then one swatch panel. Reason being is that I have a lot of color swatch folders, and a lot of brush groups that I switch between often. It really would save me a lot of clicks. Sorry if there is already a way to do this but I can't find anything after a lot of googling.
