Thanks for the heads up, I've removed the image. Regarding the file downloaded ,from Shutterstock, I've downloaded it twice from their site as png file and both times it appeared as in this post

Hi I have downloaded a Shutterstock image with the chequered background into Affinity Designer but it doesn't appear as transparent, whereas other transparent images do open up as transparent, could someone help. I have signed up and downloaded directly from Shutterstock I simply want to see the bars in the image without the background. The image of the guy had the same chequered background but open up without it.
