Graffiti Brush Set
Built several new brush sets to help with the construction of the background wall objects and includes 120 optional seamless base texture patterns.
Some are directional such that the nozzle is different with a horizontal brush sweep. Made the patterns independent of the brush again!
Used 'Distance' to create size variation with use
Experimented with using mixed size nozzles (Width shown on sample sheets)

There should be some more patterns still a W.I.P

Added a new Brush set to this collection to try and speed up Sketch Inking. 
Relies on Distance and Direction in dynamics to control brush size with continued use
Also attempted to control the use of brush nozzle with direction.

This is my first drawing using Affinity Designer 2.0 (A revamped version of the colourful Lena which I have not uploaded!)
It is really a test of the updates made to the Brush Dynamics in Affinity 2.0
Created a new set of inking brushes that makes use of interpolation and the new Distance options with the brush dynamics. I have found that the brushes are much smoother, faster and more responsive..I really like the ability of 'Distance' to allow for the tapering of the nozzle. Even though you have to adjust the direction of the graph!

Added a Simple Zombie 12 Brush set for colouring backgrounds
Manipulated Dynamics +Distance to get the brush to 'grow' with use a number of the brushes:
a. increase in size as you paint
b. Change shape with direction
c. Simple Blocky Nozzles

I made a picture of an old-fashioned barometer because . . . well, because I can! Who needs an excuse? I discovered quite a while ago that I enjoy making things with scales and pointers, for some reason; and the Version 2 Duplicate dialogue makes it so much easier to make circular scales. The woodwork is created from a stock photo of a piece of wood, which I sawed into quarters and turned a profile edge (digitally, that is ). All the rest is made from vectors, using three photos for reference and picking out the best features. (There were some curlicues on the thermometer scales, but I forgot to do them! ) The red letters are from a freebie font called Great Victorian, which has plain and swashed cap forms.
