Hi, Thanks @DWright! Can the crash reports and update checking be disabled? We handle software updates centrally, since most users won't have admin rights necessary to install the updates. And crash reports fall into a grey area of the provincial data privacy laws we need to abide by.

I have some questions about the program installers: 1. Are .msi installers provided by default for Affinity Education multi-seat licenses? Or would we need to extract the .msi files ourselves from the .exe (as I read elsewhere on this forum) 2. Are there msi switches/options to disable any kind of "send product use information" telemetry features? Actually, the second question is moot if there is no "send usage statistics" feature at all in the program. That just seems unlikely, pretty much every software has telemetry these days. Thanks
