  1. Thanks for this info, didn't realize I zipped the screenshot. I found the Console.app under Applications > Utilities. Affinity Photo-2022-08-07-150103.ips Affinity Photo-2022-08-07-150059.ips
  2. I did try this- "If you hold the control key down while launching the app do you get the Clear User Data dialog? If you do Select the 'Reset Acccount Data' option then select 'Clear"- and it didn't work. thanks, Jennifer Affinity Photo Quit.zip
  3. This worked. thanks so much, I wouldn’t have figured this out on my own. Jennifer
  4. Thanks for your response. How do I “export to a .afassets file”? Do I need to be on my desktop? (I have both iPad and desktop versions, it’s the iPad that’s causing me problems)
  5. I lost all of my assets - for the second time- when Affinity Photo on iPad crashed. I have over 100 jpeg textures that I want to import but I can’t find a way to drag them all in at once. I’ve read over the posts about importing Jpegs on a desktop, but on my iPad, the file folder is grayed out. I just can’t find a way to select them all and import, either from the Photos App or from Files. I know how to import from selection once the photo is in, but if anyone can help me avoid dragging and selecting over 100 photos individually, I’d appreciate it. thanks, jennifer
  6. This happened to me twice as well, on my iPad. if there is a way to recover these, please let me know. most are backed up, some are not. thanks
  7. Hi Everyone, I finished working on a photo in AP for iPad, and accidentally closed the file. Is there any way I can recover my work? Thanks
