  1. Hi Joachim_L, Thank you for your input: I have just tried exporting as a pdf and that does give me a whole transparent background.
  2. Hi Stokerg, Thank you for your quick response. That leaves me with a dilemma! The client wants the effects. I suppose the answer is to save it as a png and when the garment printer reduces the size it will be crisp. Alternatively, if the garment is white, it won't matter!! Thank you again for providing the solution so quickly. The upside is I did find out a lot of useful info about using the programme whilst trying to sort it myself over several hours. Back to the drawingboard!
  3. Hi Stokerg, Thank you for your interest, the file is attached. Adrian Spearman_vCopper.afdesign
  4. I have been given a pixel file of a logo. I opened it in Designer and traced the outline using the pen tool. The "document setup" was set to transparent background. Having "penned" the image and filled with colour and set further effects I saved the file. It looked just as I wanted it. I then exported the artwork to eps format. When I then opened the eps file in Designer or Photoshop the logo has a white background within the bounding box. What do I do to not have the white background.
