Hi, so i have removed a white background on a logo and it no longer shows up on my workpage, however when printing, the outline still shows. i have attached two photos to show you. how do i resolve this please ? the company who sent me the logo only have the image with the white background which is very frustrating, thankyou

Hi so i have been using Affinity Designer and when i use the EXACT same colour on a font and a shape it looks different, HOW DO I GET THEM THE SAME COLOUR, i have used the colour picker tool also to get the exact match and they still look different, they also print out a different colour. is it my colour settings or am i doing something wrong?? i am baffled and so confused , i have attached a screenshot. PLEASE HELP

Hi, so i am using Affinity designer for most of my work and the printer im using is the Epson EcoTank - 7750 when using colours on my screen, they look perfect but they print completely different and darker to how they look on my screen and its really frustrating. so how do i get my printer to print the exact colour that im using in Affinity please and to match my screen. i have looked at icc profiles but unsure of what to do and if there is a setting in Affinity itself. any help would be much appreciated. thank you

HI , so i have tried for weeks to print a background on A6 paper but it is just showing a white border around the edge, i have tried EVERYTHING and still cannot get it to print to the full page. i am using an Epson ET-7750 printer and there is no settings available for borderless printing with A6 size documents. the bleed is currently at 0 for all edges although i have tried adding a bleed , fit to size , fit to scale , borderless , making the document larger etc etc.. why cant i just pring the background to fill the page ? it also does it for borders , it leaves a white edge around the page. im unsure if its my affinity set up or the printer settings because i have tried absolutely everything and i am losing the will to live.. please somebody help me ! i have attached some screen shots to show the preview as this is exactly how it prints but in my document the background goes right to the edge..

Hi I have been trying to put a face into a cartoon head as shown in the image below .. I have watched numerous tutorials but cannot get his face into the helmet so its blended and looks good, how I do this and also so I can put other faces into cartoons. please help thanks. help .

thankyou , now I have tried all day and night to set up a page view for a 7 x 10 paper and when folded it is a 5 x 7 greeting card. I have the pre folded paper all ready to print on but I cant set up a page layout like the A4 one you sent me. how do I get a 7 x 10 layout with all the pages shown together so I can just print double sided?

hi , thankyou for your reply , Its not the print so much I am concerned about. I just cannot fathom out how to set the pages up so I can print accordingly. I would like them to open vertically, like a book. so on the display , I would like all 4 pages of the card to show at once and then I can switch between pages if that makes sense.

Hi , I am new to affinity publisher, I have designer , publisher and photo but I am really struggling with the set up. I want to be able to have the 4 pages on my screen so I can flip back and forth like on Microsoft Publisher if possible. Basically I want to design an A4 standard greeting card that I can fold in half once . All the tutorials show me how to set up for a quad fold card. Also , how do I double side print on affinity publisher. Can somebody please send me template that is pre setup or give me an easy step by step. I am so used to photoshop and new to Affinity Thank You :)
