I have all my other details but forgotten my ID, how can I get it back please

Many thanks to all who replied, I finally got to install Page Plus but it wont open any of my ppp files, it just comes up as " this is not a Page Plus file, how can I open them ?. Also I noticed that most of the buttons are either hidden or in a different place, it is not the same screen as before, WHY ?. Mike

I have been forced to upgrade my Win7 software to Win10 and have been having problems with installing from my Serif DVD discs, I have tried ………. Preferences /Compatibility checks to no avail.
