Bad JPG Exports

in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on iPad Questions

I just got an iPad (7th Gen) and bought AP. Love the tools but hate the export jpg so far. I prefer capture screen than export. Any advise? Here are the photos (DSC03630.JPG downloaded from camera using Sony Imaging Edge and Untitle.jpg exported from AP):
