New computer planned, but how best to spend the money

Maybe I can hang on this thread instead of starting a new one, for I have a similar question. I am also planning on upgrading my desktop computer and I am struggling which CPU to buy. To be more precise I am thinking about getting an AMD cpu for the first time. Are there any cpu brand recommendations regarding Affinity photo for WIndows?
