  1. It looks Like I ned to setup the document n at 300dpi before anything else, then Export png give a 300dpi output.
  2. Sorry, I didn’t think the Specific size mattered as to process. In this case, I thought I could use either Photo or Designer and have same PNG export process. Using Designer.... For example: 4500x5400px or 4500x4050px Attempting this size I have watched several YouTube vid tutorials associated with Amazon Merch . The last was a recommendation from this forum. (https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/104302-amazon-merch-templates/&tab=comments#comment-561257) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lftmc-FZfTohttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lftmc-FZfTo The "size "output in question, is not a pixel or two off. for instance I did one export, Area: selection area, and it looks to be correct. at 4500x5400 x 300dpi(see pict 4 below). I tried to do the next export and I noticed (as seen in second pict 2 below )it says 1470 x 1169, from "whole document" Which is the Amazon Created template, I would have expected it to say 4500x5400 or larger as whole document. And If I change Area to the other 2 choices they are obviously smaller than whole Document size. So In export, I set the AREA to selection Only, and set the Size 4500x4050... IF I Do that will it export the 4500x4050 as Amazon is requesting? When I export] it and dbl click the Image png file and then get info, it says 4500, 5400 at 72 rather then 4500x4050 at 300dpi which is what I thought AMAzon is looking for in the file size for this product. Sorry to be a newbie , I'm just cutting my teeth on both Affinity and Amazon Merch. Thanks
  3. I watched the Videos, and I'm still confused. template imported, I see the Layers to over lay my design. I create the design, hide everything but the design and would like to export the png. To the specified size. AM I? Highlighting the full layer that is my design(which seems to be producing the wrong size output)? And then selecting which export functions under PNG? OR What Exactly am I highlighting? And then which PNG settings am I using to create the specific size output... without causing Pixelation? Thanks you
  4. One of the Handiest Apple centric features was for most conforming apps the ability to command Click the Name of the File at the top of the window to see a pop down showing the file path. Ala name of file, then enclosing folder, then User folder, users/ Macintosh HD. It makes it so much easier to locate the file you are working on. PLEASE!
  5. I find CTA3 and its sales process to be a complete joke, They sold me the pro package within the last 60 days and actually seem to have been actively dropping the product for the new animator 4 and creator 8 series with no real explanation of the differences that a layman could understand. Especially when they show the importation in the how to videos and then it turns out, Per you that they don't allow for the use as tutorial'd without upgrading to another product. HORRIBLE Experience so far. Thanks for you info. Happy Holidays
  6. Help, Newbie, attempting affinity export from designer to PSD format for Crazytalk animator 3. Seems with each attempt starting with Affinity Photo, attempting designer My PSD files are greyed out when attempting to import into CTA3. Suggestions please
