joeoglefigureart got a reaction from dannyg9 in Switching from traditional to digital media
These are a few of my more successful pieces done with AD in pixel persona. I'm still learning how to use the tools that digital programs/apps provide. So, for the most part, I'm still treating each piece as I would if I were to do it on regular paper. I'm watching tons of videos on youtube to further understand how to digital drawing and painting. Using vectors irritates the hell out of me, and the layer blend modes just confuses me, particularly on when using one to get a desired effect......overlay, so far, is the only one I've grasped. With all the available brushes to chose from, I mostly stick with a round brush (varying the edge) or a dry media brush. I do most of my blending thru changes in opacity.
