I'm really sorry, I made a mistake. I thought I had to most current copy of Windows SP 1, but I didn't. I had to go to a separate place to download the latest platform update. I DON'T WANT A REFUND. Disregard my previous email! It works perfectly on my laptop. Thanks! Caroline Hanlon -
I bought Affinity Photo today for my Toshiba Laptop that runs Windows 7 SP 1. I've used Affinity Photo before on my Mac (which is in the shop, that's why I have to use my old laptop), and it runs beautifully - no problems. But for my Toshiba, it comes up with this message and the link it provides goes to an unavailable page. On Affinity's site it says it runs on Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, so I'm confused why it's not working and I get this message instead. I've done all the updates and everything on my laptop. And if there's no solution, can I get a refund because it clearly states that would work on Windows 7 SP 1....which it doesn't.
