  1. This is the culprit. Once I deleted it...it worked.
  2. I just noticed this AM that is doesn't stop "calculating".
  3. Affinity Publisher 1.8.6 macOS Catalina 10.15.7 Whenever I try to export this to PDF it I get this error (attachment). I tried exporting other files to PDF and they work fine. This started out as a single book. Later I made 4 copies and edited each file so that I would get 4 different zines. Zine 1 doesn't work but I tried Zine 4 and it does. Please advise. 4. Thanks, Old Bruce. I really do agree, Walt. Humor is often hard to convey as you cannot hear the sarcastic voice in my head.
  5. I found the solution. It was in the text frame tab. This is a bad bad button.
  6. For some reason when I create a text frame in one of my documents it acts very strangely. Normally when I make size adjustments to the text frame, the text will flow around but keep the same leading and spacing. However, when I do it in this document it makes the spacing proportional. When I make the box bigger, the spacing gets HUGE. When I make it very small the it becomes more normal (but in some cases they collapse upon each other). I am not sure how to turn that off. Please advise.
  7. Ross...Nope. Walt...doesn't seem to be the issue. Here is my file if you want to take a gander Scum and Villiany-Correct.afpub
  8. I set up page numbering via the master and all seemed go well EXCEPT it only displays the left most digit. For example, 1-9 displays correctly. 10-19 display as "1", 20-29 display as "2" etc. I have tried multiple things but to no avail. Please advise.
