Just had an email saying my book has been dispatched. Only problem is I'm going away on a long holiday tomorrow :-( How are they sending them? If it's Royal Mail they'll hold it till I get back but if it's a courier I've no idea what will happen :-( -

Same here. I ordered on the 4th. I've sent an email to Affinityorders and had an automatic reply telling me they're on holiday until the 2nd January!
