  1. Hi Sean, Help is now working. It started to work again after I rebooted. There was no mention in your earlier message about rebooting. I bought the product direct from Affinity. Anyway it is working now so no worries. Cheers Frank
  2. I have tried running these commands in Terminal but help is still not available in the application. This is irrespective of whether I am online or not.
  3. Hi I am using Designer 1.7.3 and I no longer have access to the Designer help unless I am online. I am using MacBook Pro with Mac OS 10.15.1. Please see the attachment for confirmation. Do I need to download the affinity help files from somewhere and if so where do I install them on my Mac?
