Dear Affinity Support,
I've recently acquired Affinity Publisher on the Apple App Store and I am running OSX Catalina, yesterday on a deadline for applying for a job, my portfolio work was lost, since the Affinity Publisher crashed on save. Once reopened I got the recovered file but still wasn't able to save or save as.
On the Force Quit window the OS Finder displayed the same app icon as Affinity as illustrated in the attached image.
Therefore I restarted my computer, deleted Affinity Publisher and reinstalled.
After trying to save any version of the document, even previous backups of smaller files it still wasn't able to save.
Therefore I am requesting your support ASAP as my deadline ends today.
