[Spherical photo export artifacts issue]

Line Artifact Issue with my Affinity Photo 1.9.0.932

Problem:

I experience line artifacts in picture when exporting 360 spherical panos.

The artifacts appear in random places (white, black, blue) each time when I export the file.

I don’t understand, why Affinity Photo Windows (1.8.3.641) can not or don’t recognize HDR-DNG files?
Only Lightroom can read this type of files..
