  1. Ditto - I have had this same problem since I updated to V2. I've read up on all the work arounds which to be frank, if the app was stable work arounds wouldn't be needed. Today was the last straw when I lost 4 hours of work. Dear devs - please address this issue properly. For now I have gone back to using which is V1 which is much more stable and reliable. macOs 14.2.1 | iMac - Apple M3 | 16 GB ram
  2. Thanks for the tip Paul - I just opened my files in build 133. Still had a blank page when it came to printing on my Samsung CLP 320. However the good news is I tried your scaling suggestion and it worked just fine. The bad news is that it worked only once and when I tried to repeat the exercise using 'command P' publisher didn't respond nor did it activate when I chose print from the menu File > Print . It appears that after the scaling worked once I am frozen out of the print function completely. The only way I could make a repeat print was to quite publisher altogether starting afresh with same scaling dance. Just quitting the window doesn't work and throws up error messages (see attachment). Still loving publisher despite the print glitch ~ Allan
  3. Exactly the same problem on my Mac imported pdfs edited them in publisher (which is great) but was presented with blank page when I tried to print. However when I saved them as pdfs again they printed just fine. Not a deal breaker but a really and irksome bug if I have to do this extra step each time I want to print a page
  4. Imported a both a indesign pdf and an apples pages pdf . Both opened fine and were editable however when I tried to print the files I have been presented with a blank page. Is this a bug or is there a step I'm missing
  5. Just adding my name to bump this important topic. Export previews are absolutely essential. I love affinity and am very comfortable with most of the app's features but just can't understand why they omit an essential such as this and fail to make it a priority.
  6. Thanks for the heads up but I guess I'm going to pass on the RC Beta - sorry! - uninstalling my original is a deal breaker as I am wary of loosing all my current presets. I'm sure the updated Photo will be even more brilliant and will look forward to it's release. ~ Allan
  7. Hi - Posting here after Callum advised to check this forum. Still unable to open the RC named "Affinity Photo Beta.app" Version 1.5.0 (RC1) even though both apps are sitting next to each other in the application folder. My Version of affinity photo is 1.4.3 and I'm running on Mac Os 10.11.6 Will check back later to see if anyone has come up with a cure for the bug ~ Allan
