Disappearing Context Toolbar

Mac Catalina 10.15 ✰ Affinity Photo 1.7.3 Context Toolbar does not appear in 'Separated' mode. Cycling "✓ Show Context Toolbar" has no effect. Merging Views has no effect. Affinity Screen shot.pdf
