Affinity Photo 1.7.3 doesn't open in Windows 7
in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I have a similar problem here with Affinity Designer. Splash screen shows up, but programs stop loading when it reachs about 80MB of RAM.
OS: Windows 7 64 bits
Affinity Designer version: 1.7.3.481
