  1. Just wondering, how often there are bug fixes updates for the software?
  2. I see, I thought it was possible to make this kind of changes for the gradient color in the software (For SVG format) I suggested a feature to allow recolor changes to the objects in this topic:
  3. When you put a handle on the center of the node, it does not snap to it, it would be good to have it I am not sure if this is a feature a bug, since the interaction with the handle in the center of a node is unusual, as you can still see it behind the node when you select it and you can see it on top of the node when you select other node of the same object, and you have to select again the whole shape to be able to select the node again and not the handle Gif to show the problem with the "feature" (I think this is not a feature yet implemented, It looks like it only closes the handle to the center but the handle still inoperative) If this is a bug, I request to add the feature, to allow to remove one of the handles of a node (converted one side to sharp and the other side curved By: - Move the handle that you want to be removed to the center of it´s node - An option in the node tool to be able to select and interact with handles (Allow the user to click on a handle and select it, so after that the user is able to interact with only that handle and be able to press DEL to remove it if want to)
  4. Similar to this: The idea is to add a setting panel for colors that allow to edit the color of gradients, and objects in general, simultaneously or singular Adding other options for the settings, as saturation or brightness Most important for SVG format files
  5. I want to edit the color of multiple objects at the same time, independently of their color, Gradients, stroke, transparency, etc Something like this: In illustrator there was two diferent ways to accomplish that, including other modifications available (As saturation and brightness for example), with its own settings panel Do Affinity Designer have a tool/feature that allow to modify the color of one or many objects to other colors?
  6. If you apply to an object a gradient and then add a modification using the transparent tool the result will be one gradient predominating the other after exporting using SVG format Only works if there is neither a gradient or a transparency applied, not both together sample 1.afdesign
  7. As it is for color, it would be useful to have a quick live preview gradient settings in the studio
  8. SVG format does not save Adjustments added The adjustments are gone after I export using SVG format Could provide a AFDESIGN file for the staff if required to replicate the bug When you open the SVG file saved, the adjustments are gone, removed
  9. I meant when Importing an SVG file to Affinity Designer*, I have corrected the message above, I will provide a SVG file example of the bug 1, via email
  10. I have explained the tool idea (And provide examples) in this other topic: A tool that makes the handles interact with the nodes, the handles change depending of the node movement ___ Could be an upgrade to the current node tool, as a setting for the way the node tool manage the handles: Example: (Second Image is a zoom for the image above) _ Or be a completely new tool instead
  11. With the Curvature tool the nodes interact with the handles: What I want is the handles to change depending in the node movement
  12. I didn`t meant that, gonna explain what I`m expecting for the tool I suggested: a1. Trying to make a horn for example, the curvature tool allow the handles follows the node movement a2. The node tool only allow to follow the node movement, but the handles remain the same What I suggest is a1. Example of Curvature Tool: Example of Node Tool:
  13. I cant manage shapes efficiently using the Node tool Is or will there be a curvature tool? There are very limited tools in the software, few, I would like to see more tools eventually added
  14. Btw I pointed out two bugs, idk if both are being attended: 1, Bug that makes the masking object not apply the mask to the object inside when importing* an SVG file(Affinity Designer software convert the mask to a layer group instead, meaning that they are just in the same group, but there is no masking) I could provide a SVG as explample if needed 2. Bug that makes the transparency added inverted to the masked object (This bug is the one that is presented in the SVG file that I sent via email previously)
  15. I need to create similar objects with same color/attributes/styles, but different shape The current only way is inefficient (Create a style) Eyedropper tool would facilitate this task Color picker could be upgraded (Would need to rename the tool), adding options (with check boxes) for Copy effects - Copy color (Also gradient attributes) - Copy Stroke style - Etc. Like this: ro That or add a brand new eyedropper tool for the software _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ In addition, I suggest a miscellaneous shortcut for "Add Style from Selection"
  16. The current way to adjust handlers is too difficult (Using RMB and LMB at the same time). A new tool to adjust handles would fix this inconvenience. _ Otherwise: An option in the settings: keyboard shortcut miscellanious for the adjustment of handles (for example, instead of RMB & LMB I change it to be Shift + LMB or so).
  17. I want a shortcut for this feature options: _ Additional Suggestion: If you click using the Node Tool, it could convert the node mode to the next one in a cycle conversion order. or make that a new tool: "Node converter"
  18. The problem is that the masking shape takes the transparency that should be applied instead to the object And so, the object takes the default 100% transparency Should be in the inverse order, that is the issue, bug, inconventient I have Idk if there is a quick solution to make the transaprency apply to the correct object _ There is also other problem that makes the masking object not apply the mask to the object inside (Affinity Designer software convert the mask to a layer group instead, meaning that they are just in the same group, but there is no masking) All this when the SVG file is imported to Affinity Designer _ If you open the file in any other software or browser, the transparency is applied to the correct object I have sent a Email with a SVG file example, so you guys can check the issue

  20. I have found the reason of the issue and is not about color, is about masking and clipping, I will explain here what happened further in a moment
