Anyway, there is no harm checking it, and joyoshare ios recovery iphone can scan all your iCloud backup and show the contents in it.
Up until this point, this tool is totally free, since you don't have to restore anything.
Then you can decide whether to delete the folder.

Just a personal recommendation here: handbrake. Freeware with powerful functions but might not be easy-to-use.
If you don't mind spend some money, joyoshare video cutter windows may be even better, because it allows you to edit and re-encode the video without quality loss. BTW, they have a xmas discount now.

You can try as many video editors as possbile, since most of them now provide free trials.
If you ask me, I would recommend joyoshare video clipper. A combination of editor and converter that won't do any damage to the video quality. It is not free, but a xmas discount is now avaliable.

Do you still have icloud backups? If you don't, you might need a third-party tool.
In case your money go wasted, I recommend using a Joyoshare iPad data recovery. TBH, it's not free. But as long as your device is totally restored, it is able to recover your lost drawings.
Plus, it has a xmas discount now.

Have you tried hard rebooting your iPad? I think it's probably because that the ram is overwhelmed by apps, and all the apps will be killed.
Or just delete the app and reinstall it again.
If these two solutions don't work, just restore your ipad with tuneskit ios system recovery, because it can restore the ipad without data loss.
