Opening Photoshop JPEGS or Acquiring them

OK Walt, here it is again. When I do a search from the FAQ it ask if I found anything? Not sure how the space got into the Jpeg. All my jpegs are from Photoshop 2018

FILE FAILED TO OPEN /Users/steve/Desktop/Yard work pressure wash and water crisis/Drive way- pressure wash 1.JPG The file could not be opened because permission was denied. Now according to my Mac I have permissions on read and write everything?
