Well, none of these options work with images that have been cropped.... thanks no doubt to that annoying non destructive cropping feature. Resizing the canvas on a cropped image just turns to disaster. I had high hopes with Affinity, but so far it has been a big disappointment... looks like I'll have to go back to Photoshop or Corel's Paint Shop Pro. :(
