  1. Hi LilleG, I'm running Pixelmator 3.3.2 Limestone on OS X 10.10.3 Yosemite.
  2. Hi Matt, I'm attaching an example. APhoto took about 5 sec. to complete the task. Pixelmator took about 2 sec. As you can see, the result in Pixelmator is more seamless than AP. I used 100 px. brushes in both apps. I'm using a 2014 13" Macbook Pro Retina. Thanks!
  3. The love for Pixelmator comes from a simple factor: performance. It's really fast. Compare the Repair Tool in Pixelmator and the Impainting Brush Tool in Affinity Photo. It's like 3x faster. I know AP is still in beta, and I expect it to get better over time. I do plan to switch. But right now it's just not as fast and reliable as Pixelmator.
  4. Checking the Dither gradients option solved the problem. Gradients look much better. Thank you MEB! Why isn´t it checked by default?
  5. I'd like to be able to copy and paste shapes from AD to Pixelmator. Currently, if you do this, all you get is a text box with codes.
  6. Is it only me or gradient in Affinity Designer looks "striped"? Gradients in Pixelmator, for example, are much smoother. It would be nice to see a smoother gradient tool.
