[Publisher V2--unable to change guide color]

I was sure I was wrong and I dond't know how to do it in Affinity Pub 2. But no, still can't do it. I can't believe guide colors can't be changed. This basic feature and has been missing forever, as far as I can see from old posts to forum about previous version. Please add this feature. I can't see them on my design, it is a huge pain. It is a pretty basic thing in other software. +1 change guide color

Thanks you for your reply. I will look into this, It's not exactly what I meant. I just wanted to be able to do a quick crop. Straight lines but not necessarily rectangular. SO I just wanted to select the nodes independently and I couldn't figure out how to do it. But I appreciate your response, and I see what you mean obviously if I am cropping I am also dealing with the canvas which is rectangular. I seem to recall maybe in photo shop a tool that would allow me to manipulate the nodes and then compensate for the shape... maybe it was some kind of perspective tool in the crop tool or something. I am currentling playing around with the affiniti perspective tool in conjunction with the crop tool and that will do the job today.  Sorry dumb question.

I was hoping there was a way to adjust individual nodes in the crop tool so I could crop non-rectangluar shapes, but I don't see how to do that. Is it not possible in affinity photo 2?

How is this not fixed yet? clearly it is a common problem.

[Closed Curves With Vector Brush – Gap?]

It is annoying. The "overlap"feature kind of fixes this but the result is not ideal. It's just "okay," and, now that I have worked with it a bit more, doesn't always work to close the gap. I have been pretty disappointed with Affinity so far. It could be such a powerful application suite, but if I am looking for alternatives.
