So it may have been a Windows issue. I had just updated Windows last night and this morning I tried running the installer, and both Designer and Photo installed no problem! Thank you so much everyone for helping me out!

Thanks for responding Callum. I tried that but didn't call up anything but an error message. Please see attachment.

I downloaded a newer update I was notified of and every time I tried, it fails. I uninstalled completely the older, WORKING, version of both Designer and Photo, and both keep failing install. I deleted the updated exe files, downloaded them again, still failing to install. I'm getting very frustrated because I just want to use my programs and design something already! Any help is very much appreciated! Thank you.
