I have the same issue after purchasing 4 sets of brushes for both Photo and Designer. I have even tried adding the extension “afbrushes” to the files and that made no difference. They are still greyed out and not selectable. I thought it was me but apparently others are having the same issue. I can’t get them to load in either of the programs. I too am looking for a solution especially if it is something that I am doing wrong.
