I guys. I bought Publisher (1) from App Store on 4th of April 2020. I barely use the app yet, but meanwhile my job changed and now I will use it weekly. I was then trying to download it again onto my Mac and suddenly....... the app is no more! How can I solve this? I bought the app from App Store, barely used it, and now I am not able to use it again! The remaining of the Affinity Apps I own (Designer and Photo) were bought via the Affinity Website, and those I can get back no problem. But I can't download the Publisher one because I didn't bought it from the Affinity main website. Is anyone aware of a fix to this?

I am having the same issues on performance for a looong time. I am using an iPad Air 2019, 250gb. Affinity Photo and Designer are the only apps that crashes on my machine. It is completely unacceptable. I depend on this apps for working. I would prefer to pay double and have a working app that actually works at they should. This is even more frustrating as I own EVERY software you sell for MAC and iPad alike.

I have an image layer on a project and I want to play with its apparent perspective. When I select "Perspective Projection" the APP just freezes. After several minutes, still frozen. I have to force quit it. Next time I open the APP again, it takes about a full minute to open, which is not usual, and very frustrating. I tried several solutions, without any success: -Restart the device; -Resize the project to a smaller one; -Take the layer to a new project and try to use the Perspective Projection there. There is a picture in attachment where you can see the place where the APP freezes. APP and IOS is up to date. The device is a 1 year old iPad Air Gen 3, 250gb model. I have about 50GB of free space. Please, help 😞

This is frustrating. The behaviour is the same for photo and designer, and this is happening since I bought the 2 apps. The iPad I am running is a brand new iPad Air 2019 with 250Gb of storage. It does have the latest software updates, but I get the same problems since I bought the iPad (at that time it was iPadOS 13, now is the iPadOS 13.1.2). PROBLEM 1 - APP CRASHES A LOT: It’s seams it can’t handle too many layers. It start crashing over and over again in the middle of a protect. I regularly save the work, but it seams it is not saving it correctly, because after each crash I get a much older version of my work, and not the last one I had saved. PROBLEM 2 - APP TAKES MINUTES TO INITIATE: Sometimes, the app takes more than a minute to initiate. And sometimes it just loads like in 6 or 7 seconds. There are times were it doesn’t load at all, and I am forced to close the app while it is initialising. Please, I really need help, as I need those apps to my work!!!
