I've was told before that you were waiting for a new printing. Are books available now? I still have not received one.

I need some more information here. After placing order and getting notification that order was shipped, I got an Amazon box with only a teeshirt in it. So far I've not received any info that the workbook (the real reason for the order!) is coming later. I'm missing the workbook, is it coming later or was the order incomplete. I have the order number but I don't want to post it in an open forum. Thanks...Steve
