[Boolean Subtract not working]

The subtract operations is not working properly.

[Shape Builder not working]

I created another file and redid the same steps and got the same error:
1 - Artistic text converted to curves
2 - I duplicated the letter "C", applied the outline and finished the shape

[Shape Builder not working]

The tool is not selecting the areas correctly. Look the first video, when i hover on the green part of the C he selects the yellow part too and when a hover on the terminal of the C he also selects another part at the bottom

I noticed that after converting fonts to curves and trying to use the shape builder it gives an error.
But when creating similar intersections with curves made with some shapes this error does not happen.

[Publisher crashing when open file]

My program crashes as soon he loads the file: it does not give me any erro code
