  1. I have same issue, my registered purchase was when I was with TalkTalk - Affinity don't have the capacity to change account information and I can't remember my login. My TalkTalk email is now defunct as I am now with Zen. Cannot login with my gmail account so I am well and truly stuffed! Hope this gets sorted double-quick! Replaced my email account with x's for privacy. My purchase was quite some time ago from Affinity directly, not through Windows Store. (Not using Windows 10).
  2. Got a problem with that - when I purchased I was with TalkTalk - have since moved to Zen and have a gmail account which is not registered with Affinity products - they can only link purchases to original email - so looks like I'm banjaxed!
  3. Hi, Some time ago I took advantage of the Lightning Brushes, was on my Linux drive and downloaded to that drive. Recently accidentally wiped the wrong drive and Test Disk could not recover due to overlapping clusters. If I can find my original order can I download again? Thanks.
  4. Followed a now outdated tutorial (interface has changed significantly in the program - all 'sections' in one place now in document setup. Main issue is that having designed business card and opening in AP the card appears upside down! Turned the right way round, saved as 'Business Card', exported as .jpg, opened TextMaker and inserted saved .jpg file and lo and behold upside down again!
