  1. Hi Cecil and Pšenda, it seems, as if Pšendas hint solved the problem. In the "Preferences > Extensions", all permissions for Affinity were given. So I will observe the situation and hope that the behavior will stay stable. Thank you both for yr help.
  2. Hey, no reason to become evil I checked the solutions, went thru most recommendations, however, no permissions where given, so I have to continue searching for a proper way to solve this problem for me. I am quite an experienced Apple user and I had some problems with permissions, which came from mac OS side. So I did not used the forum here jet. Also I worked many Jeans with Adobe progs. and I have to get used to the Affinity style, also in the form. Affinity progs are the best, that happened to me in the last year, as I am retired and cannot afford expensive Adobe progs anymore. So please understand, that I opened a new topic. By the way, these problems appeared only after I updated to Catalina, before no such problems were observed and I just enjoyed to work with Affinity programs. Have a good time. Regards
  3. Thank you Pšenda, as I am new here, I must get used to searching topics. I hope I found what was needed to solve my problem.
  4. Since I updated to mac OS 10.15.1 Catalina, I observe, that Affinity Photo denies using images: Message: no permission. After repairing permissions, files are opened, but I cannot export the files nor can I save the same. Has anybody the same problem and knows how to overcome?
