Ok I got it. Thank you for your advice.

I draw a new one that it can change a color already. But it happen like this many time. I observe when the name of each object change to pixel it can't change color like top image.

In the picture that my tool is missing. Please tell me that why is it missing and how I can get it back because I can't change a color

Please tell me how to make the star shine like this. Now i use layyer effect> outer glow but i think it doesn't shine enough. I see that photoshop can make it very shine.

There are no “Thai” in my list of spelling languages. But this problem can fix by set “Thai” in Typography script.
