  1. Where do I access these style settings? The problem is with the new text styles you created for your TOC, specifically with "TOC 2: Heading 2" and "TOC 2: Heading 3". Here is your "TOC 2: Heading 2": Compare that with the standard text style supplied with Publisher, "TOC 1: Heading 2": You will need to add those underlined options to your style. You'll probably want something similar for your heading 3 TOC style.
  2. Thanks, Walt. #1 was my first thought, but in the column videos, it looked so easy just to drag the text box down. My last ignorant question...Where do I find the style settings for the TOC so I can change them? I know how to edit the text styles, but not the TOC styles. Thank you again for all your wisdom. ...Nancy
  3. Walt, I have one more question - At the start of each section, I want to drag the text box ⅓ of the way down the page. In Ally's videos, it's a piece of cake. But I can't seem to find the text box to drag. You have my abridged document. Could you tell me what I need to do? Thanks ...Nancy
  4. OK, it's a mess! I deleted most of the pages. Created headings 1, 2 & 3. Generated the TOC and got no indents. Once it even told me that there was no TOC to generate. I publish books for people and upload them to Amazon. I've been using Word. Now I want to upgrade to Affinity. I'm not a novice, but this has me baffled. Thanks...Nancy test.afpub
  5. When I generate a TOC, heading 2 does not indent under heading 1. How can I correct this?
