Numbering Paragraph-stile without having them in the same textbox

Hi everyone, ive got a Question. I want to write a textdocument and want to number the Headlines. But when I configurate numbering the special paragraph-style, all Headlines have numbers but it Counts from beginning in every new TextBox. I want a numbering through the document without connecting the textboxes… Maybe you can help me?
