I believe that I have it installed and working. Removed old setup logs and earlier version of the program. Then installed latest version, it said it was successful. Did not have to tell it that I was an administrator. Don't know why. If you try this I would recommend that you have a copy of 171 just in case.

Tried the restart and run as administrator, it failed the same as the first time. Note that this is a stand alone computer not part of a network so is not set up with an administrator.

I reviewed my program files and found that Publisher had been completely removed, leaving only the short cuts. I have reinstalled the earlier version, which seems to work. I await the moderators work around for installing the update.

Latest windows update failed - message was "setup failed". Now unable to use app.
