Okay here is the screenshots of the 'General' and 'Dynamics' tab of the brush editor. I've tried so many things with no success... I hope I can resolve this soon as I need it for my work! Thanks.

This is a first but the blur brush tool won't work. It seems to be working on the clear layer underneath the actual photo and no matter how many times I select the proper layer it just doesn't work at all. I've tried restarting my Mac several times with zero success of it working. All the other tools are working fine. Just blur is not working. Please Help! Untitled.mov
