  1. I saw this answered for V2, but in V1 is there a way to increase text size, and increase contrast in the UI, other than sliding the UI gamma completely to the left side. But what about text size in the UI? I use the dark version. Oddly, in the help section there is a "Font UI SIZE" mentioned, but I don't know where to find it in the preferences.
  2. Well it says Version 1803 (Compilacion SO 17134.112) so it's april 2018. Anyway here I am working away in Pub 1, photo, etc, as we speak, but version 2 won't even install. All of the previous ver 1 programs and updates are easy to install exe files. Topaz just did basically the same thing, here I am working away in topaz sharp and the new version can't be installed because it takes the latest graphics card and 32 ram. I think developers are failing to see that much of the world does not have access to the latest of everything. By the time hardware gets down here to SA on the market it's 3 years old, and costs three times as much. Anyway, thanks, I'll wait to see if the programs can be installed in some version other than with the .msix app, or I'll just work on the old programs.
  3. I am getting an error message. I can't use the program if it is incompatible with the windows version I use, ie the same windows version I have used for years with affin Photo, pub, designer, etc. Why can't you just use a .exe file like you always have. I have spent 3 hours trying to get the .msix installer to work, now it just refuses. The error message in spanish but you get the gist, easy to see what they are saying. Can't install the aff pub file because it is incompatible with my earlier version of windows 10. As I say I have no problem running version 1 and all the updates. Please let me know if this is fixable, or I will just keep using the version one programs. I didn't know you would require new versions of windows for version 2. (0x80073cfd)
  4. Publisher suddenly is crashing, simply disappears. In certain files, suddenly I can't delete even one page, or move any page around. I have plenty of room on my C drive. I tried re-installing Publisher, but it still crashes on certain files. Using Publisher 1.8.5.703 Some files in the same group work fine. The ones not working are 50-150 pp of many photos. All of this worked fine for months until yesterday. Can files get corrupted? How to fix them, if so. Is there a problem with merging files with ´predominantly linked photos vs embedded photos? I have tried saving the files to new file names, but publisher crashes again. Immediately upon trying to delete or move any page. ----------------------------------------------------- ALL OK NOW Leaving this here in case someone else has the problem.... The crashing occurred after I merged files that each had several masters applied. When I deleted the masters, the problem disappeared, and Publisher no longer crashes. But I would still like to know if there is anything deleterious in having large files with some photos linked, and some embedded.
  5. No matter what I do the program (affinity publisher) installs in Spanish. After uninstalling and installing several times. I am in South America, but the program I always used before Page Plus X8 installed in English. I need the program to install in English like PagePlus X8 did
