  1. uninstalling recent versions of windows and the hassle of that does not really seem to me as an acceptable fix? Surely Affinity need to fix their software with an update. I have lost countless work with this and cannot start changing windows versions willynilly!!
  2. Hi, I have this same problem again with a file containing our packaging artwork. I had a similar issue a year ago and replied to an email from back then to MEB, but no response. Basically I can open the file (on windows or mac) and I can see all the artboards, but it shows saying it is corrupt and must close. Thus I cannot access the artwork. Is there a way of getting this file fixed - there is a lot of hours gone into that work! Kind Regards. Richard
  3. HI, Thank you, I have uploaded two files. There has been countless hours of work gone into these so I hope they can be recovered. Given the increased use of cloud storage, should this limitation not be up in flashing lights or communicated to all users - perhaps as a check box during install? I feel for anyone who is loosing all their hard work in such a way and hop you are able to develop a solution / fix. Regards, Richard
  4. HI, PLease can someone help with the below problem? We now have two files that wont open displaying the error in the image. Even though I can see the artwork, when I click close or the x icon the files close. There are 100's of hours worth of artwork in these files and strikes me as a big floor in the software if data is lost so easily! Hopefully there is a fix? though I have already tried saving the file as something else and saving the the desktop. Neither worked (We use google drive normally to store everything) Thank you Richard
