had the same issue on Windows 10 with publisher, it worked by opening the program as administrator and validating the key.

Hi Callum: Just reinstalled the drivers, and changed the configuration on view Quality as shown. It has decreased the number or line ghost created. What do you thing it is? Regards.

Thank you for the answer, just change to the graphic card and warp, high and low quality but had the same results; i just discovered that it happens only on that tool (pixel tool) after i draw something, before the issue is nonexistent.

I'm a windows user and just installed a new graphic card (quadro p4000), used photo and everything was ok until using Pixel Tool, when i have zoom on 24% the movement of the mouse let images on the screen, is this a video configuration issue on?. Screenshot Attached.
