It appears that the "cloud" objects are pixelated in an insufficient resolution to use them in that upscaled size without jagging. Look at this 25% zoom view:
The best would be to use the clouds as vector objects – or, as workaround, to add smooth strokes to cover their jagged enlargement pixels.
